Long time ago, the cat, for political expediency, left the house, and the mouse, since then, have been having field day foraging and almost ate the house down. That is what we are facing today. That is why you and I are out of work, broke and basically hopeless. For years, wall street has been without a serious watchdguard, left to engage in all sorts of business dealings and gambling. It made bets that the Republican government ignored because it was their highest donor. Essentially, the Republican party has been widely known to defend the corporate interests, against the interests of Americans. Its members are secretly meeting these big money makers, on their knees, begging for money to defeat any Democratic party effort to check the excesses of Wall Street. Excesses that brought our economy down. It is well known that our present financial predicament started when Wall street actions impacted the”Housing industry” causing investors to loose tremendously, and as a result abandoning the trading. The walls came crashing. Now we have a president who is ready and wants to permanently reform the financial market, to avoid another crash, but unfortunately, the Republicans want things the old fashion way, the way the party benefits from, while Americans loose their dreams. A financial reform would increase capital flow, make credit available to millions of Americans and restore a “sinking nation”. Is this not what every American should desire? Should we not all be up in arms, fighting these selfish, anti progressive Republicans and Wall Street? A time for reform is overdue. It is Wall street and they banks, who got bailed out by government, in hopes that they make money or credit available to Americans, the reason we are all suffering today. Their refusal to loan out money to businesses and individuals created the recession. They do not care if America collapses, so long as they make their profits. A new reform to prevent this from ever happening again is most necessary. This is a war between Americans and Wall street and their supporters. And we know who they are from their utterances- Republicans. How can we all be held in severe, economic bondage, while Republicans wine and dine with our jailers?
